1. Energy Healing
In my energy healing sessions, I use a variety of techniques to address physical, mental, and emotional challenges. The foundation of each session is the BodyMind Energy Balancing Method®, developed by the Energy Healers of Finland. During a session, it is possible to assess and correct postural imbalances, relieve physical pain or treat specific areas, evaluate the energetic body and energy centers, release emotional blockages, and work through deeper internal difficulties. You can choose the type of session that best suits your needs and your current life situation.
What is it?
BodyMind Energy Balancing Method® is a comprehensive approach that works with the physical body, the mind, and the energetic-emotional system. It is non-invasive: no forceful manipulation, massage, or physical strain is applied. The aim is to restore homeostasis — the body's natural balance — using techniques tailored to the client's specific needs.
These may include:
- energetic joint realignment (energetic osteopathy)
- pain management
- release of stress from the autonomic nervous system
- relief of physical symptoms
- clearing of emotional blockages
- balancing of the energetic body
- processing of trauma, including those connected to past-life experiences
Releasing stress, tension, and imbalance from the body and nervous system can help alleviate and resolve a wide range of conditions. Clients have experienced benefits in areas such as: postural imbalances, back pain and headaches, frozen shoulder, limited neck mobility, chronic or acute stress, grief, post-traumatic pain, fatigue, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, digestive issues, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, persistent cough, unexplained physical symptoms, and post-surgical recovery.
Within the BodyMind approach, we also explore how imbalances and symptoms originate and manifest across physical, mental, and emotional levels, and how treatments interact with the body. The first session includes an initial consultation to map your needs, select the most appropriate techniques, and, if relevant, outline a personalized path.
TYPES OF SESSIONS:
Assessment and balancing of the physical and energetic body (Ideal as a first session – 90–100 min) In-person sessions begin with postural assessment and correction. The session includes an initial consultation, evaluation of your needs (physical, emotional, or other), and a full scan and treatment of the physical and energetic body. Multidimensional techniques are used to address issues across different levels (body, mind, and energy), and a targeted local treatment is included where needed. The session concludes with a short final discussion.
After the session, you will receive either a PDF summary or a full recording, according to your preference.
The recorded option is particularly suitable for clients already familiar with energy work. These sessions may include real-time channeling, Light Language (a vocal healing modality that interacts with the subconscious and energetic body), and the emergence of deeper patterns or blocks, including those connected to past lives.
Intuitive Energy Healing + written channeling (1 h 45 min) This session combines a full energy healing treatment with a separate channeled message provided as a PDF before the session. The session may include balancing of energy centers, emotional release, nervous system regulation, pain treatment, or targeted local work. Often, deeper root causes emerge — sometimes linked to past-life experiences — and can be addressed during the same session.
You may indicate a specific question or theme in advance. This allows access to information that may not yet be conscious, supporting clarity, insight, and integration. It supports deep exploration, multi-level work, and chronic or complex issues, including those without a clear medical diagnosis.
Targeted energy treatment (local treatment) (approx. 40 min) A focused session that does not include a full-body assessment. We concentrate on one or two specific physical issues or an acute theme. Suitable for follow-up sessions, post-operative recovery, or repeated treatment of chronic conditions. Can be conducted in person or remotely. A video connection is not always required (for example, if the client is hospitalized or unable to connect).
All sessions can be held in person or online via video call. In-person sessions always begin with postural assessment, while online sessions place greater emphasis on the energetic and emotional aspects. The final debrief can take place via video or message.
2. Past-life regression
Have you ever wondered whether we live only one life or many? Are you experiencing unresolved issues whose origin remains unclear? Would you like to explore what lies "beyond that veil"? In many culture, reincarnation is considered a natural part of existence, and quite oftern the roots of our fears or emotional blocks can be traced back to past-life experiences. These imprints can influence our emotions, reactions, and energetic state. Regression, when guided by a qualified professional, offers a safe way to access and integrate these memories. The act of remembering can bring deeper understanding, a sense of lightness, and new perspectives for the future.
What to expect?
Guided deep relaxation. You are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing the subconscious mind to access relevant memories. Most participants are able to reach this state already during the first session.
Brian Weiss method. My work is based on the protocol developed by the well-known American psychiatrist Brian Weiss (Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami), who has published extensively on past-life regression.
Personal and professional experience. I have guided many clients through this process and have also experienced its effects personally.

3. Coaching – personalized support
Coaching can focus on your career, your wellbeing, or both, helping you find your direction and feel more balanced both at work and in your personal life. It is useful during periods of change (such as job loss or a career transition), as well as when you want to develop new tools to support your wellbeing. This may include everyday physical and mental wellbeing, or, in a broader sense, your personal and spiritual path. Coaching is a process that strengthens and supports you in recognizing your inner resources and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence — it is a practical form of empowerment. At times, coaching can be very concrete (such as CV writing or interview preparation), while at other times it focuses on learning tools for wellbeing, including breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness, and related practices.

Career & Transition Coaching
I am a certified career coach (training accredited by the Finnish company HiljainenRekry). My professional path has been diverse: I have worked as a music teacher, project assistant, and medical translator for international companies before fully transitioning into the wellbeing field.
In my coaching, I combine a practical approach with attentive and authentic presence. I support you in recognizing and strengthening your inner resources, exploring new possibilities, and approaching professional decisions with greater clarity.
Coaching can be very concrete (such as CV writing or interview preparation), or it can focus on addressing internal blocks that limit growth — such as performance anxiety, difficulty expressing yourself, or fear of visibility.
4. Channeling
Is there something that has been weighing on your mind lately? Do you find yourself at a crossroads, unsure which direction to take? Perhaps you have been on a spiritual path for some time but now feel stuck. Or maybe you simply need a new perspective, alternative solutions, or a bit of support in your everyday life. You are not alone: we all have the ability to receive guidance, meaningful insights, and support. In my work, I act as a bridge between you, your subconscious, your spiritual guides, or your higher self. Through intuition, I convey a message that can support you both in the present moment and over time.
Why choose a channeling session? Channeling is particularly suited for those who wish to receive guidance on specific questions or gain a deeper understanding of a situation they are currently experiencing. You may feel stuck on your inner path, have gone through a significant loss, or be navigating a period of transition where the future feels uncertain or overwhelming. You are not alone. Even during a regular energy healing session, images, intuitive insights, or messages may arise, offering direction for your path. However, channeling in written or recorded form often provides a clearer and more focused space to receive precise guidance and new perspectives.
We are not always fully aware of what our subconscious or emotional body carries: unresolved experiences, memories, emotions, or open questions that may have been present for years: from childhood, adolescence, or sometimes even past-life experiences. Through channeling, you can receive messages and supportive guidance related to the key themes of your current life phase.
How does it work? During a video call, we explore together the themes that are most relevant to you. You will receive a channeled message, either prepared in advance or recorded in real time, depending on your needs. The message remains with you over time – something you can return to whenever you need clarity, connection, or renewed inspiration.


On my YouTube channel you can find videos in English, Italian and Finnish. Videos include free guided meditations and channeled messages. Meditations can also be used as short relaxaton excercises that you can listen to without any previous experience in meditation.
