A space dedicated to integrated wellbeing
Spiritual Spa is a private space dedicated to wellbeing, shaped by years of study, personal and professional experience, and lived transformation. The work is based on a structured, integrated approach that brings together individual coaching, regression therapy and energy healing techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
WHO AM I
My name is Terhi Havila, and I work in the field of integrative wellbeing as a career and wellness coach, regression practitioner and intuitive energy healer. My training in energy healing was completed with the Energy Healers of Finland. I also have a strong pedagogical background through my professional teaching qualification, as well as extensive experience in consulting for international companies. Over the years, my studies have spanned languages, music education, cultural studies and biomedical topics. In the field of wellbeing, I have studied career coaching, meditation and breathing techniques, regression therapy, various energy healing modalities, deep relaxation methods, energy-centre balancing and channeling. This multidisciplinary background has developed into an integrated, whole-person approach to people and their wellbeing.
WHERE I COME FROM
Before moving into the field of wellbeing, I worked as a music teacher, project assistant, medical translator and linguistic consultant, running my own international business. Managing my own company meant living under constant pressure, with demanding workdays filled with projects for international clients and multinational companies that often drained my energy. At the same time, I felt increasingly drawn towards a different kind of professional life. I wanted to place human connection at the heart of my work and offer services that could support people on a deeper level. But before I could make that change, I first had to go through a major personal transformation of my own – and that journey was anything but easy.
ROCK BOTTOM
I had suffered from chronic health problems for most of my life, and in early 2023 another one was added to the list. I was already at the limits of what I could cope with, and as my physical health went into a downward spiral, my mental health collapsed alongside it. Eating was difficult: I had IBS, and was also diagnosed with chronic gastritis and reflux. I also had a congenital heart arrhythmia. Despite having undergone surgery years earlier, I still experienced occasional episodes, and they were becoming worse. I was anxious, and even opening my mouth was difficult: my jaw joint had dislocated during the pandemic, making eating and speaking difficult despite using a bite splint. When my knee became inflamed, I eventually ended up bedridden. Based on my blood test results, doctors suspected leukaemia. I thought my life was coming to an end.It felt like 'game over' – this was it.

THE TURNING POINT
I had reached a turning point in my life, where I had to decide what I truly wanted from it. At first, I was overwhelmed by despair, but eventually I began looking for different answers. I found help in some unexpected places. I started meditating with the practices of American researcher, consultant and author Dr Joe Dispenza, even though until then I had barely been able to sit quietly for five minutes. I began practising Qigong, a traditional Chinese energy and movement practice somewhat similar to yoga and tai chi. I also started solution-focused brief therapy. In addition, I decided to try different forms of energy healing, allowing practitioners to use a range of techniques in my treatment.
A NEW BEGINNING
Things changed within just a few months. After more than 20 years of stomach and bowel problems, I suddenly found myself in a situation where those problems were no longer there. My food preferences had also changed, and I no longer felt anxious. At the same time, I had begun to feel energy moving through my body, which was surprising, to say the least. After researching the subject, I came to understand it as what the yogic tradition calls a Kundalini awakening. This motivated me to study energy healing techniques, relaxation methods and different approaches to energy balancing, both in Finland and elsewhere.
One of the most surprising developments was the healing of my jaw joint. During a group meditation focused on the energy centres, or chakras, the position of the joint changed suddenly. When I returned home, I stopped using my bite splint and have not needed it since – the problem had simply disappeared. The initial diagnosis of an acute blood disorder also turned out to be incorrect: it was instead a much more manageable condition. My heart had settled down as well. I had not experienced further arrhythmic episodes after I began practising the meditation techniques developed by Joe Dispenza. I was relieved and happy, because less than a year earlier I had been advised to undergo another high-risk heart procedure. It was no longer considered necessary, because I was doing well.
I felt reborn. Somehow, I had found a way towards inner – and outer – balance that I had never previously thought possible. Over time, I also began channeling information through writing, speech and images. The phenomenon fascinated me, so I studied it further. I also underwent regression therapy, which deepened my self-understanding and helped explain many of the patterns and experiences that had shaped my life. Eventually, I decided to train as a regression practitioner myself. Later, I added career coaching to my professional training because I also wanted to support people in a practical way when navigating changes in their working lives.
The further I travelled along this new path, both professionally and personally, the more often I saw how an integrative, whole-person approach could support people in ways that sometimes seemed remarkable.
MY MISSION

I can guide you towards a new sense of balance and offer whole-person support and information along your own path. You may be dealing with challenges affecting the body or mind, changes in your working life, a lack of energy or direction, personal or spiritual growth – or even performance anxiety that makes everyday life more difficult. Simply reach out: together, we can choose the approaches that best suit your individual situation.
